Convenient location with free parking, but noisy guests made it hard to sleep.

The king room was cozy, and I really appreciated how Ruan from the front desk made sure I was comfortable and had a view of my door. I loved unwinding by the relaxing outdoor swimming pool and the peaceful garden area during my two-night stay. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi could be a little spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience—definitely check it out! 😊

easy access to art and stunning parks for city strolls
I truly enjoyed my stay with quick access to the Museum of Art and History, which was just under 2 km away, and incredible views at Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park, only a short walk of about 2.5 km, making my weekend explorations so enjoyable and relaxing. the comfortable king room was perfect for a solo traveler like me, giving me a cozy place to return after my daily adventures, but the air conditioning system could use some improvement.

The King Room was just okay. It wasn’t anything special, and the office felt super locked down like a fortress. There was no coffee or any nice touches to make it feel welcoming. Pretty average stay, honestly. But the front desk guy was helpful, which is a plus!

The location made everything so convenient for our family with kids, and we appreciated that parking was included. We even squeezed in a fun visit to the nearby Desert Aire Golf Course, which was a blast for everyone!
My kids wished for better cleanliness. we found stains and a cigarette butt in our room.

missingWrote a review on 27 Juncleanliness issue
The absence of complimentary breakfast was disappointing, especially since it was advertised. The Wi-Fi was flaky for the first few days, making it frustrating to plan activities. I also had trouble with the key card, getting locked out multiple times, and once had to wait an extended period for someone to assist me. The overall condition of the room could use more attention. the walls seemed neglected, and there were cleanliness issues that caught me off guard.
